(Applogies because I posted this elsewhere when it should have been in the 'support' section)

I have definitely noticeda difference when trying to putt on the ipad as opposed to the iphone. There appears to be a nano second of a delay when releasing my finger on the screen on the ipad, which all but ruins my chances of winning a hole. I never had this issue on the iphone - as soon as I released my finger on the screen, the putt took place. Needless to say, this has cost me a fair few coins and makes the game unplayable. Anyone else experienced anything similar? Everything else on my ipad works fine!

I've had a few games where the meter on the putt was laggy (weird because all of my other shots were fine) and caused me to miss badly but it isn't constant. It's happened to me maybe 5 times total in the 387 games I've played.   I'm playing on a Samsung Note though.

I have exactly the same problem on the ipad as well, glad I'm not alone. I was thinking that maybe the touchscreen was wearing out. I did some research and the only suggestion was to close down the ipad and restart it, this apparently resets the screen sensitivety. It seemed to work for a while, but is now back to slight delay. So I tried to compensate and that worked for a while, until it started to correctly respond, so now have given up.

I actually find this game easiest to play on my PC using bluestacks.

I couldn't get golf clash to work in Bluestacks on my PC (keeps getting error #123 when trying to start a game) so I install it on my iPad instead and found the same lagging on putt problem listed above.  It seems that I have to release my finger a tad early to get it to come close to the middle.  But could never get the shot meter to hit perfect, either a bit before of after the middle.  It's almost impossible to get it into the hole on long putts, very frustrating.

Anyone found a solution for this issue yet?
